The 21GB sound library is loaded and used to create a strumming pattern in any key. Strumming patterns are then customized to match the chord progression. Every strumming pattern is recorded in the right place in the library to be loaded with the desired chord progression. The strumming pattern can be performed at any tempo for any chord, but the library is loaded according to the chosen chord. Once a chord is selected, the strumming pattern is played with chords and changes according to the chord progression. For example, if the C chord is chosen, the strumming pattern is played with the G chord for a four chord progression. To change to a different strumming pattern, simply select a different chord.
The combination of the strumming pattern and the chord progression allows the producer to play a wide variety of strumming patterns. Strumming patterns may be used in any key or at any tempo. It is possible to play any chord progression in any key.
Producers can use the left hand to play chords and the strumming pattern with the right hand. From the Pattern Library, producers can create new strumming patterns with the Pattern Browser. The patterns can be used at any tempo, but a range of tempos for each strumming pattern is provided in the Library. The tempo is automatically chosen based on the pitch of the most dissonant tone. Each strumming pattern is identified by a chord progression, a strumming pattern and the most dissonant tone. The most dissonant tone can be chosen from the Pattern Library based on the chord progression.
The strumming patterns can be played at any tempo according to the chord progression. Because of the ease of use of the Sound Library, musicians can create a variety of strumming patterns and have them available to play in any key.
Multi-instrument arrangers can lay down the bassline, chords, and solos in a single session using the hook-up section. The Guitars section allows guitarists to lay down rhythm patterns, chord progressions and chords for the lead, by simply strumming in a certain pattern. 827ec27edc
